We use locally grown beef for our 1/4 to 3/8 lb. gourmet hot dogs. Grilled to perfection and placed upon a steamed homemade bun made especially for these dogs. Top them the way you like them, chili, sauerkraut, jalapenos, relish, chopped onion, Thousand Island dressing, or the all American favorite (mustard and catsup). Eat yours solo, or add chips and a drink. Can work inside or outside at your event, and require a very limited space to set up.
