How many meals should I calculate?

I am food vending for a non-food focused event this weekend. It’s a dog event. There are no other restaurants nearby except for the food court. There are only two main food vendors myself and another person. About 2000 people attend this event. Not all are expected to eat. How many meals should I estimate I have prepared? I’m thinking should I prepare 3% of 2000 or more? Does anyone have a good formula to figure this out?
