I have converted a 1973 Airstream into a very cool food concession. We do homemade pancakes, waffles, Texas style French toast all with pure maple syrup. We make maple milkshakes and pie. We also do burgers, gourmet sandwiches, soups and all is homemade. I am located in Whitehall, New York, near the Vermont border and will travel anywhere in New England, New York, and Pennsylvania.
