Michelle Thomas

Growing up the oldest of three in a completely dysfunctional family in Texas set Michelle up for one of two things; she could either become a sociopath or a comic. She chose comic. “I’ve always considered comedy a form of therapy; if you can laugh at your life, both the good and the bad aspects, well then that makes things a little more bearable. What’s that saying, “When life gives you lemons make lemonade?” Well, I believe when life gives you lemons, you come up with a good punchline.”

From the moment she takes the stage, Michelle’s instant likeability and sarcastic charm draws audiences in, as she takes them on a one of a kind journey through her life and introduces them to the unforgettable people that inhabit it.

Her clean, original approach to comedy is as relatable as it is hilarious, proving that “funny is funny” regardless of age, race or gender.

In addition, Michelle has set herself apart from other comedians by becoming one of the industry's leading breast cancer advocates. She is both the creator and Executive Director of the breast cancer fund raising organization "Ha Ha's for Ta Ta's" which to date, has raised more than $10,000 for breast cancer research. By producing and hosting her own breast cancer fundraisers, Michelle has dedicated herself to spreading hope and awareness to men and women everywhere through the art of standup comedy.
