Hello my name is Rick Hudak and I am writing to inform you of our brand new Concession Trailer. We are the premier Pita and Mexican Food stand in the area and we pride ourselves on making the finest Pitas and Mexican Food for all kinds of people at a variety of events.

I would like to express my great interest in catering at your next event with our fully mobile Pita and Mexican Food operation and would love the opportunity to provide your event with a unique and fresh twist in the catering facilities area.

Our range of delicious Pitas and Mexican Food are made from a selection of fair-trade, organic and local produce providing some great benefits not only to third world producers but local farmers and growers too.

"Munchies" is not your usual unhealthy burger van selling unhealthy and fattening products; our Pitas are not only delicious but incredibly healthy and energizing too, providing all who visit with a quality, energizing, fresh, fun and healthy dose of goodness. It has been proven that eating healthier food makes people feel happier and gain more energy throughout the day. We also provide our own bins making sure to respect the environment and take care of any litter from customers during and at the end of every event.

We believe that the "Munchies" outlet will be a great addition to your event and provide an alternative catering outlet to the current facilities. Our healthy products are fun and healthy for the event visitors and also benefit the local community.

Along with providing delicious Pitas at your event our outlet will be a colorful and eye pleasing addition to your event as shown in the picture below adding an attractive and visual element to the catering area. As a "Munchies" policy I always offer free complimentary drinks for any event staff and organizers to keep you guys energized and cool on a hot summer's day. The "Munchies" mobile Pita bar keeps cleanliness as the utmost of priorities and holds all hygiene and food safety certificates and licenses which I will be glad to show on demand.
