OH70 is a seven piece band comprised of teachers/players from the Mid-Ohio area. We focus on bringing you contemporary arrangements of the classic standards from the Great American Song Book, as well as the more recent sounds from the 70's - to present.

We are all active in both professional and community projects, doing our best to preserve the arts while sharing it with all we come into contact with.

OH70 prides itself with offering top notch entertainment, guaranteed to transport our audience back through the Golden Age of Jazz with an eclectic mix of tunes that will have you snapping your fingers and tapping your toes through the whole show.

Our line up of trumpet, trombone, clarinet coupled with our rhythm section comprised of guitar, keys, upright bass and skins allows us to sculpt a vast and varied range of sounds attributed to larger bands. Whether you dig Miles or Rollins, Glenn Miller or Bud Powell, Herbie or Chic, Antonio Carlos Jobim or Astrud Gilberto, we bring it all to you, and much more...
