On Edge

On Edge is a three piece powerhouse that has been wowing audiences in Northeastern North Carolina for the last five years. They play a wide variety of material, rock, country, pop, blues, both old and new. That also includes a selection of current chart toppers. The band is:

John Barber-Drums, Vocals
Jerry Nixon-Guitars, Vocals
Johnny McFarland-Bass, Keyboards, Pedalboard, Guitar, Mandolin, Vocals

The group is self contained with a 10,000 watt JBL/QSC PA System and full light show including PAR cans, laser/motion units, smoke/fog and bubble machines! These systems are fully modular and are utilized on a venue by venue basis.

The show is energetic and keeps the crowd on their feet.

They also have a number of toe tapping original songs and are releasing their first CD in the summer of 2009.

The band usually limits travel to 150 miles one way, but the right deal always changes that.
