Tassie Burnette and Hundred Dollar Habit

Hundred Dollar Habit! This outlaw trio is rising fast, staying at the number one slot on Reverbnation Local Blues Charts from April 2012 til March 2013. With down and dirty swamp-infused original, gypsy blues, Tassie Burnette and Hundred Dollar Habit is a band riding on the crest of the First years of the 21st Century! Tassie is a contestant in the 2013 Bluesmaster Tournament. Tassie Burnette and her band have a novel, comedic approach to the issues of our present days. Their lighthearted, entertaining lyrics and musical style is fun, and yet touch on the very real issues of today. All three multi-instrumentalists of this incredible Southern Rock Blues band are registered BMI songwriters and recording artists. The band members are, Tassie Burnette, sultry, lead vocals, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, dobro, and keyboards. Randy Gabler, keyboards, harmonica, guitar, and, bluesy, gritty Joe Cocker-esque, vocals. Jimmy Mounce, on smokin' hot, hard drivin' bass and back up vocalist. Jimmy played in the wildly popular local bands, Roy Rocket and McKeiver, and now is a major part of Tassie Burnette and Hundred Dollar Habit. These three musicians always bring their audience to their feet and leave them shouting for more. Listening and watching this incredible band leaves you with a happy feeling.

The band Tassie Burnette and Hundred Dollar Habit is now booking for their February-December 2013 Doghill Blues Tour. Interested? Contact tassieburnette@gmail.com or Randy Gabler at 337-499-9892.
