Vardo Food Carts - We serve the best tasting all beef hot dogs, smoked sausages and a fantastic Tennessee-Style Pulled Pork Barbeque sandwich. We also have a wonderful meatball sandwich with a choice of either a German Style beef gravy or Sauerbraten Gravy, both are secret family recipes. We offer potato chips and real German potato salad along with ice cold sodas and bottled water. The Vardo Food Cart is a unique Victorian-era Gypsy Vardo style food cart which creates a buzz at events and generates hundreds of questions from fellow vendors and consumers alike. It makes a great addition to any event. We also are quite suited to small events that larger food vendors often ignore. We can serve events as small as 150 people and we have handled events with up to 800 people in attendance as the only food vendor.
